Wimbledon Images Information

Wimbledon Images is a non-commercial website providing historical and contemporary imagery to the AELTC and its partners. It also supplies promotional imagery to the press and travel trade. The contemporary imagery is jointly owned by the AELTC and the photographers who are commissioned to work on its behalf. The historical photographs are from a collection of photographs collected over time by the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum and the Kenneth Ritchie Wimbledon Library.

Registration

Registration requires information about you and the use of the images. It is quick and easy and simple to follow. Activations may take up to 48 hours and you will receive a confirmation of your activation via email. Once activated, you will be able to browse images, create lightboxes and where applicable, download images.
If you do not belong to one of the user groups below and wish to use any images, please contact Wimbledon Images Support.

Who can use this site?

This table provides information on the user groups permitted to use the site and their levels of access. Further information on the user groups is given below the table:-

AELTC Championships Staff

Any user with an email address of name@aeltc.com

AELTC Club Staff

Any user with an email address of name@aeltc.com

AELTC Club Members

Any users with an official Club membership number. Only AELTC Members themselves are permitted to register.

AELTC Official Suppliers/Licensees/corporate partners and contractors

Any user with a contract in place with the AELTC. An AELTC member of staff must email confirmation of the relationship to Wimbledon Images Support before the registration will be activated.

Press & Media

This sector includes the following local, national and international press and media in both printed and online versions:

• Newspapers
• Magazines
• Radio
• TV

A limited gallery of images of The Championships will be available for use to promote an up-coming Championships event only. Images are not for use in any general tennis or sport related features. For general use, please license your imagery from your normal image contacts.

Travel Trade

This sector includes travel agents, tour operators and local accommodation. A limited gallery of images of the year-round Museum and Tour will be available.

Tour operators promoting ticket packages for The Championships, except official partners Keith Prowse and Sportsworld, will not be granted access.
